Pay As You Go Support
For busineses which which dont feel they need a full IT Support contract, we offer a simple pay as you go service for small to medium size businesses in the Norfolk and Suffolk regions.
IT-C Support Solutions Pay As You Go IT Support Service provides support if and when you need it most. Pay as you go can be an ideal addition for businesses which have their own internal IT staff. Our Technicians can provide assistance as and when you need it, or for holiday cover to compliment your existing operations.
Pay as you go network support is ideal for businesses with small IT support requirements. In this situation its often not suitable to commit to the fixed-cost of a full support contract. At IT-C Support Solutions, we are happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis, charged at our standard hourly rate.

Pricing
IT-Cs Pay As You Go support service charges are based upon our standard hourly rate for non contract customers, which is £65 per hour. Services are charged on a per 30 minute basis with a minimum 30 minute charge (£32.50). Our aim however is to build a lasting relationship with our customers, and for returning customers we will assess each support issue on a job by job basis, if we can easily resolve the problem remotely within a matter of minutes we will no make a charge.
