| For a fixed monthly fee our contract support services provide you and your company with unlimited telephone support, optional on-site support to rectify problems whcih cannot be resolved remotely and optionally regular scheduled maintenance visits to identify faults and and resolve any IT issues you have. |

| Pay As You Go Support |

| If you feel your business does not need the level of service offered under our contract support agreements, we will happily support your IT systems and offer any of our services on a chargeable per job basis. |

| Our online backup system provides a reliable, worry free, automated and fully managed online backup service. Unlike Other providers we charge a simple flat per Gigabyte per month rate, we do NOT apply extra charges for backing up multiple systems or Exchange/SQL servers. |
